1. Analysis and modeling of current product
Based on a sample collected from the company and product specifications provided by the company, I have laboratory analyses performed (such as pH, Aw and certain acids). The obtained analysis values are modelled with a proprietary tool to estimate the Listeria risk. This results in a clear report with concrete improvement advice at product development level, including testing against Infoblad 85.
2. Improvement advice
Based on the analysis and modeling, I provide concrete recommendations to improve the microbiological safety of the product. This can be done, for example, by adjusting the pH, water activity or preservation. The advice is practical, focused on product development, and helps to reduce the risks of Listeria growth.
3. Validation of customized product.
After the improvements have been implemented, the modified product is retested in the laboratory. The results are processed in a final report that confirms whether the product meets the requirements of Infoblad 85. This report provides the necessary certainty for internal quality control and communication with supervisors such as the NVWA.
